<h4><span style="color: #000000;" size="50"><strong>There could be three reasons why the servo motor is not rotating.</strong></span></h4>
<h4><span style="color: #000000;" size="50"><strong>1<span style="text-decoration: underline;">. There must be a loose connection. </span></strong></span></h4>
<h4><span style="color: #000000;" size="50"><strong>Check if the DC motor cable is successfully connected to the motor ports M1/M2 of the QBrick. </strong></span></h4>
<h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span style="color: #000000;" size="50"><strong>2. Mismatch in port numbers.</strong></span></span></h4>
<h4><span style="color: #000000;" size="50"><strong>Make sure the DC motor is connected to the appropriate port you have assigned in the programming designer interface. </strong></span></h4>
<h4><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><span color="#000000" style="color: #000000;"><b>3. There is a hardware problem.</b></span></span></h4>
<h4><span size="50" style="color: #000000;"><strong>Connect the DC motor cable to Motor port M3 of the Qbrick and turn on the power supply. </strong></span></h4>
<h4><span size="50" style="color: #000000;"><strong>If the motor doesn't rotate then it isn't working and needs to be replaced with a new one. </strong></span></h4>
<h4><span size="50" style="color: #000000;"><strong>If it starts rotating then congratulations your DC Motor is working perfectly. </strong></span></h4>
